Hajo Meyer and Haider Eid discuss the case for boycott of Israeli goods-
Both united in a commitment to Palestinian freedom

28 Jan: The warmongers gather:Gordon Brown is holding an international conference on Afghanistan in London on Thursday 28 January. Hillary Clinton, Nicolas Sarkozy, Hamid Karzai and Angela Merkel are expected to attend. The aim is to win support for NATO's escalation of the war in Afghanistan. Stop the War will hold a protest at the conference. More details soon.

29 Jan:Protest at Joe Glenton's court martial hearing. Joe appears before a judge for a preliminary hearing of his court martial on 29 Jan 2010. Stop the War will organise a picket of the court in support. More details to follow soon

Judgement day" for Tony Blair: The war criminal Tony Blair will soon try to explain to the Iraq Inquiry the lies he used to take Britain into an illegal war. Many military families will be there for the appearance of the man responsible for the deaths of their loved ones. They will be joined by Stop the War. Our protest will demand no whitewash by the Iraq Inquiry.

On 27th Dec 2009 members of C'field STW joined with Sheffield STW and PSC in a silent vigil to remember the people of Gaza killed and injured in the attacks by the Israeli Military a year ago during Operation Cast Lead.
This January several Palestinians have already been killed and the siege of Gaza continues. ..

2010 will be another demanding year for Peace Activists everywhere as we continue to highlight the horror and futility of war and occupation.
