Boycott Israeli produce!

This week leading up to Easter has been designated as 'Boycott Week' by all those seeking to raise awareness of the Palestinian struggle for peace and justice.
The Palestinian people themselves have called upon the International Community to support them with a campaign of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions against the State of Israel and there are already preliminary signs that the Boycott is gaining momentum and can have a real impact on the struggle against Israeli aparteid and oppression. The BDS campaign is also a powerful source of moral support for those suffering under Israeli occupation .
Follow the link below on the War on Want site and send a message to the supermarkets selling Israeli produce asking them to stop. There is also plenty of info.on the site about the Boycott campaign and the Israeli occupation of Palestinian land.
Please also check the produce you buy (fruits/veg/herbs etc) and if it is labelled Israel or West Bank please put it back on the shelf and tell the store manager that you would like to see a)Israeli produce removed from sale and b) the Stores Head office informed that a customer has raised the issue in Store ---- It's a simple but potentially very effectve way of supporting the Palestinian people.
Act now to tell the CEOs of Sainsbury's, Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose and Asda to stop selling settlement produce in their stores.
